Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ApplyIntended. The one section worth reading closely is what our marking means — and what it must never be used to do.

Last updated July 21, 2026

You pay per protected role

Never per applicant. Applicants are unlimited on every plan, including Free.

Cancel whenever

No contract and no notice period. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

A marking is a signal, not a verdict

It is our best read. It is not proof, and an unmarked applicant is not a bot.

Never reject on an absent mark

Using the absence of our marking to screen someone out breaks these terms.

01The agreement

These Terms of Service are between you and [Legal entity name]( “ApplyIntended”, “we”). By installing the extension or using the service, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an employer, you confirm you are allowed to bind that employer.

02What the service does

You replace a job link with a protected version. When someone opens it, we look at the visit, forward them to your real application, and — for the visits we read as human — set a marking on the resulting application in your ATS so you can filter for it.

ApplyIntended labels. It does not gate, block, reject, or remove anyone. Every visitor reaches your application no matter what we conclude.

03How the marking may be used

This is the part that matters most, so it is a condition of using the service rather than a suggestion.

  • A marking is a probabilistic signal, not a finding of fact, an identity check, or a guarantee.
  • An unmarked application is not a bot. It means only that we did not mark it — commonly because the person found the role another way, such as a saved link, an aggregator repost, or a share from before you switched links.
  • You must not reject, deprioritise, or filter out an applicant because our marking is absent, and you must not treat the marking as the sole basis for any hiring decision.
  • You remain responsible for your hiring decisions and for complying with the employment, equal-opportunity, and data-protection law that applies to you.

04Your account

  • Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for their use.
  • Protect only job links you are authorised to publish, and connect only an ATS you are authorised to connect.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

05Plans and billing

  • Free — 3 active roles, no card required.
  • Starter — $8 per month, up to 15 active roles.
  • Pro — $14 per month, up to 30 active roles.
  • More than 30 roles — talk to us and we will price it.

You are charged for how many roles are protected at once, never for how many people apply. A role going viral does not change your bill. Pausing a role frees its slot.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time; your plan stays active to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund partial months unless the law requires it. If a price changes, we will tell you before it applies to you.

06Things you may not do

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory.
  • Advertise a role that does not exist, or route applicants somewhere other than a genuine application.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, overload, or circumvent the service or its detection.
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
  • Use it to build a competing detection product, or to collect personal data for a purpose the applicant would not expect.

07Ownership

We own the extension, the gate, this site, and everything behind them. You own your job links, your applicant data, and your ATS records — using ApplyIntended does not give us a claim on any of it. We may use aggregate, de-identified statistics to improve detection.

08No warranty on accuracy

The service is provided as is. Detection is imperfect by nature: some bots will be marked human, and some humans will go unmarked. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate in any particular case, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent the law allows.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms — particularly the section on how the marking may be used — or that puts the service or its users at risk. When an account ends, we stop marking new applications; anything already written into your ATS stays yours.

11Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top will move, and material changes get notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State / country], and disputes belong to its courts.
